Welcome to Lane County's HMIS Learning Hub

HMIS is an electronic database of information on the characteristics and needs of people experiencing poverty and homelessness.

Why record this information?

Various funders require projects to record data in the HMIS database. This information allows us to:

  • Allow agencies to work together to coordinate the best care possible for clients
  • Stay competitive for funding
  • Help local and state planning processes

New User Orientation

If you are here to take any of the required courses, click the login button at the top right to begin. Your username should have been sent to you in an email.

The New User Orientation training will take approximately 50-60 minutes. It is broken up into smaller sections so you can do just a little bit at a time. The course must be completed within 2 WEEKS, otherwise the user agreement will be voided and a new one will need to be completed.
